The Pell City Schools Educational Foundation recently received $30,000 in donations. Douglas Manufacturing is pleased to support local Pell City schools, and was recently named a “Chair of the Foundation.”
Paul Ross, president, on behalf of the company, was named a chair of the foundation for the Pell City School System. According to Paul, “We are honored by this recognition, and it is our pleasure to support the local school system, its faculty, and staff. We are happy to be able to give back to the community that gives so much to us.”
Along with two other local companies, Douglas contributed to assist teachers with specific classroom needs. The Foundation was formed in 1992 and is provides critical support to advance the mission of the Pell City School System.
